DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

 

WHAT DOES PRE-SALE MEAN?

If an item is flagged as pre-sale, this means the item is yet to be delivered to our warehouse. Once we have received the pre-sale item we will fulfil all pre-sale orders. An estimated delivery date will be written on all pre-sale items online.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?

You can see our size chart here. However if you are still unsure, you can contact our team for further assistance hello@aggieswimwear.com.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you have not received your order by advised or predicted time, we advise you to contacting AGGIE SWIM directly by emailing hello@aggieswimwear.com. You are then able to follow up on your order and ask for any tracking information that will help locate your order.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changes to your order can be made by contacting the hello@aggieswimwear.com. We aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to make any changes. We do not cancel orders.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEM?

Shipping times vary depending whether you are located domestically or internationally. For all shipping details, head to our Shipping page.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

When you purchase on AGGIE SWIM online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. You can use this tracking number to track your order.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

To change your delivery address, please email hello@aggieswimwear.com with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address.

 

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR A GIFT FOR SOMEONE; WILL THEY RECEIVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE EMAIL OR STATEMENT IN THEIR PARCEL?

No, we do not have proof of purchase statements in our parcels. However you will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. By entering your email when placing an order, this will insure any order confirmation & tracking will be sent to you.

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

& DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPMENT LABELS?

Return/exchange shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Yes, at AGGIE SWIMWEAR we take your privacy seriously. We don’t store any information you give us securely. AGGIE SWIMWEAR does not store your personal credit card information.
